  Charlie was great. Always over explained which made it very simple to understand for a first time home buyer. Walked me through every process and kept my mind at ease. After the initial credit checks, Ernest stepped in and called just to introduce himself. That’s rare when banking. Overall great experience and very personable professionals at NFM.   Charles Moore and Ernest Spriggs are the best! They are the nicest guys ever and they’re so knowledgeable. I never felt bad asking a dumb question. I was scheduled to close on May 7 and that’s the exact date I closed! That’s because Ernest made sure all my documents were in order before submitted them to the Underwriter.   I worked with Brian and some of his Co workers on multiple occasions and the experience was great everytime. Everyone that was involved along the way made sure everything was understandable and if I had any questions someone would get back to me in a quick timely manner. Great experience and will be using them again in the future.

  OMG! Nick was just the greatest. No matter how many times I asked a question, he never tired on answering the question. He was always available by text, even on the weekend. He was kind, patient and very attentive with me throughout the purchase process. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his team. THEY Rock!! And Nick was Awesome..   Quick to respond and very thorough in explaining options to help you better understand the process which at times can be difficult but not if Bryan is doing your loan! If he says he can do it, he and his team will get it done! Bryan is very, very knowledgeable and has helped me and my clients with may home loan purchases. You won't be disappointed doing a loan with Bryan Raiford.
