  Mike helped with our original Mortgage and a Refinance to get us an entire point lower. Mike and his team are great to work with and I may not have been the easiest client, but Mike made sure everything went smoothly.   As a first time homebuyer, this was a daunting process to step into. After evaluating multiple lenders, I decided on Bond Street Mortgage specifically because of Michael Lipari and the personal recommendations given by his references. Michael was personally present every step of the way to educate me, answer questions, and provide honest guidance and recommendations that not only helped me secure my loan at a competitive rate but my first home as well. As a result of his team's promptness and professionalism we were able to avoid a bidding war, and I was fully prepared every step of the way. Michael's experience gives him a wealth of knowledge, he is incredibly personable and easy to work with, and the team he works with reflects the same. Highly recommended, 5 stars, will always work with him in the future given the opportunity.

  Michael LiPari is the Best. I closed on a new condo in January 2019 with a GREAT rate, and the closing costs were even lower than I expected thanks to Michael working to get me the best deal. It was a pleasure working with him- he is amazingly professional, responsive and has a great team working with him. Anyone that has shopped for a mortgage knows that it is hard to find a trustworthy person to help- well, I urge you to call Michael! I even opted for a 15 year loan and I am paying less per month than some lenders estimated with a 30 year loan! Needless to say- I am very happy. Prior to speaking with Michael, I spoke to 4 different mortgage lenders. What a mess....Although they were all recommended to me by my lawyer and realtor- they were all a bit shady/ dishonest and simply did not follow through like they promised and when they did the deal seemed to get worse each time we spoke. Michael Lipari , on the other hand, was a breath of fresh air- he explained the entire process, and found me a loan far better than I had hoped. It was so civilized…lol Mine was a tough case too! I have bought and sold a few homes over the years. But, I was surprised to discover that due to my becoming an independent consultant recently, obtaining a mortgage was HARD. Several places turned me down saying I need to be a 1099 employee for a minimum of 2 years (as opposed to the regular W-2 employee). Even though my credit is good and I make a decent salary. I did not want to choose a super expensive bridge loan as some mortgage lenders suggested (or I should say they pressured me into believing it was the only option) . I was just about to give up ….figuring the only option was to wait another year. Then my realtor suggested Michael. Phew- thank goodness

  Michael LiPari and his team at Bond Street are rock stars...full stop! Imagine getting a call from a potential client needing to get a mortgage in less than 3 weeks, due to being let down by another bank. A process that usually takes 50-100% longer than that. Add in the client is also a.new entrepreneur so the typical income history is not going to be in place. You can imagine that this is not going to be a normal mortgage application process. Working with the Bond Street team and the mortgage bank that would give us the loan was unbelievably easier than we thought. Yes, we had documentation to provide but they helped us every step of the way. We were provided statuses everyday by Mike and his team. We always felt like we were the only client they were working on and we knew that was not so. But, the team was always there for us whenever we had questions. And, in the end...we closed on our house a week ago and we are hard at work making it our home. We could not have done this without Mike and his team. They made it all possible.

  From the moment we had contact with Michael, we knew that we were dealing with an extremely professional individual. It is very clear that he knows his business inside and out. Even though much of mortgage processes occur via e-signature‘s and emails, Michael strongly suggested that we meet in person just once in order to have the personal face to face contact and establish a client relationship. As my husband and I entered the office, every single employee who walked past us, asked us if we needed any assistance. We couldn’t help but smile at the great customer service which seems very rare these days. We ended up closing approximately one week earlier than the original commitment date, which was a lovely surprise and just another example of the swiftness and professionalism of Michael and his staff. Kudos to Dale Grossman for always being there to answer my many questions via email as well as telephone. Our daughter and her husband were the people who referred Michael to us and they have referred many, many of their friends as well. Each couple has been pleasantly surprised with the results. Michael actually will contact you if rates go down and you can refinance and save a ton of money over the course of your loan. He will keep tabs on your loan I’m sure until the very day he retires! We probably can say so many more great things about our experience with Michael, however, I think at this point for readers will understand why we have given him a five star review. If we could add many more stars we would! Thank you Michael and thank you BoND Street for Helping us acquire the loan for our beautiful retirement home at the Jersey shore which we hope to enjoy for many years to come! Huge gratitude from my husband and I.

  We can not say enough about Mike and his team...they are true miracle workers! Entire process was completely smooth and stress-free; until, Covid-19. As a business owner, who was forced to close our doors indefinitely, you can't imagine anything more devastating or stressful....well in our situation, we were also about 6 weeks away from closing on our dream home. To say it was terrible timing is an understatement; however, even with all that being said, we are sitting here today, typing this review, in that very dream home....all because of Mike! We still can't believe that even with 1 total loss of income (due to business closure) we didn't lose the home and closed very close to original closing date! Mike worked tirelessly to come up with numerous options to keep this deal together, all while keeping us continually updated on status...he was calm and supportive, even though we thought it would never work! We knew we were in the best hands with Mike (having worked with him on our previous re-finance), and that if anyone would pull this deal off it would be him! We truly appreciate all he has done for our family, and this review and our words can never express our sincere gratitude.

  As first time home buyers, my wife and I knew little about the process. Mike and his team were there with us from pre-approval through closing, explaining and advising. Mike made a usually stressful and complicated experience simple and pleasant. He was available when we needed him and always kept us informed. We couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone but Mike and Bond Street.
