  Craig is super knowledgeable and friendly. Months before I found my house, he talked to me on the phone for almost 45 minutes just explaining the home buying process (I expressed that I was a first time home buyer and that I didn’t know much about the process). After leaving the home buying process alone for a few months, we again started looking and Craig continued to be very helpful and never minded taking time to explain things. He also made sure that we understood everything after closing documents were sent. The process was very easy with him and the other people that he works with. I’m glad that we found and used him and the company!

  This is my 4th time using Bond Street, first time for a refinance. As usual Craig and his team were excellent. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and all my concerns were addressed. Craig gave me the best rate right from the start without having to shop around and provide a competing quote to get there. I would highly recommend bond street to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  Fortunately for us, this is the second time we've had the benefit of working with Craig and his team at Bond Street. Overall, Bond Street can do things most lenders can't, especially the larger ones, they have the knowledge, experience, and servicing abilities to get you through any home lending scenario, from short and simple to long, drawn out and complex. We owe a big part of our current and future financial situation to Craig and his team, they have saved us time, money, and stress by working tirelessly behind the scenes all while keeping us included and informed every step along the way.   I could not be happier with my experience with Bond Street Mortgage, LLC and specifically Craig. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and Craig and team made what most people told us was a difficult process into an unbelievably easy one. We closed on time, got an extremely low rate on our loan, our closing costs were less than expected, and Craig and team gave us Grade A service throughout making themselves available any time we had a question no matter how simple or difficult it was.

  My wife and I recently purchased a home in New Jersey, and Craig, Daniel and everyone on the Bond Street team were incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process and answer any questions we had. We went with Bond Street because we met with a few larger banks and they just made us feel like a number to them. The Bond Street team helped us to feel like they actually cared about where our application was in the process, and their customer service and responsiveness were amazing along the way.

  This is my second time using Craig and Bond Street Mortgage for a mortgage. I had a very challenging situation going on and Craig spent countless hours trying to figure out the best refinance scenario for me. He didn't just take the easy path--he spent an inordinate amount of time in an extremely busy time of year to make sure that the mortgage product he presented to me would meet all of my needs. I was literally getting texts from him very late in the evening with questions and possible solutions and made me feel like he had no other clients to be concerned about (which was far from the case). And the rest of Craig's team was just as diligent, also working late into the evening and responding to my emails with lightning speed and with the utmost courtesy. I have had a number of mortgages in my lifetime and never have I worked with such a conscientious group of people who really care about their clients.
