  I just refinanced both of my investment properties with Angelo and his team and I couldn’t be happier. I have been working with Angelo for a few years now and I was lucky enough to buy my 2nd investment property with him. Since the day we started working together I knew I was in good hands. He keeps his clients in mind always trying to see how he can benefit them. Even with the pandemic giving some issues along the way, Angelo didn’t let anything get in the way of working hard to find an even better deal for me. He is organized, on top of every step in the process, and has great communication. Angelo is the person I go to for any of my financing needs or questions.   Working with the team at Bond Street Mortgage was the best experience I could have ever asked for as a first time homebuyer! Before starting, I was warned by friends and family that the mortgage process can be difficult and time consuming depending on who you are working with. This was not the case at all for me. From my initial walk through of the pre-approval process all the way up to my closing, the team was thorough, organized, responsive and professional. They were efficient and were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process and would keep me updated on the progress of the mortgage. Special thanks to Charles, Malak and Julie for making my first mortgage as simple as possible! I would highly recommend Bond Street to anyone looking for a mortgage broker and I look forward to working with them in the future!

  We worked directly with Mike, who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made sure that we understood the whole process and made us feel more at ease with such a big decision being first time homeowners. Mike was great in keeping in touch with us, as well as moving the process along quickly with the help of many others within the office, such as Jaime, Melissa, Stephanie (and so many others!). They also assisted us with determining the best insurance and we are so thankful! So glad we were able to work with such a great team!

  They keep on calling me. I already have a mortgage from when rates were low why would I want to refinance when they are going up? It doesnt make sense

  I thought I was in good shape when the commitment came in 2 weeks after signed contract, but they missed closing date by 2 weeks and constantly blamed everyone else for not submitting paperwork ontime. Also, it is amazing how many 5 star reviews they have, all from first time reviewers. For a non major company, they seem to close more mortgages than Wells Fargo. Based on my experience, stay away.

  We are sorry you feel that way, and would love to understand further. . 2 weeks to get a commitment is very fast and you are in great shape. Once you receive that commitment there are 3rd parties involved who do need to provide information in order for you to get to closing. Who were those 3rd parties? Let's get everyone on a call. Our leadership would love to get to the bottom of it with you and make sure that anything that was done in error on our part is corrected for you in some way.   Bond street came through for us when we needed it the most.. We were in touch with 2 of the biggest banks for our mortgage, but the internal machinery of these huge organizations move slow. Craig and his team were very professional, kept us in the loop as our application moved through its cycle. The best part is the they were able to close on our loan from start to finish in record time. After we closed on our house, a third big bank where we have some of our accounts, asked me why we did not come to them for our mortgage, and when I told them about the time in which bond street came through on our loan, they admitted they would never be able to move that fast. My wife and I cannot thank them enough for helping us come out of a string of unfortunate luck we were having in our home buying and selling process. They are a lean and very efficient organization. Craig and his team are great to work with and gave us and our attorney confidence to keep moving at our end. Being in the customer service industry myself, I can tell you his is a no-nonsense, straightforward, process oriented & efficient team!! and a definite recommend. UPDATE: 7/30/19 - This gets even better. Being a past customer, Craig and his team kept me on their radar. When the rates went down, he contacted me and advised me to refinance. I asked for some more time since I had my son's baptism coming up and did not have resources free to support this transaction. A month and a half later we touched base again and Craig started up the process. He and his team again took over the baton and gave me the best rate for that time. Very professional ( @Leila Brown, @Carmen Karasch, kudos!! )! I was able to lock in my rate the day of the US entering into a tough phase of tariff's with Mexico. I prefer not to post comments online, but this is an occasion where it effected me personally, very positively with Bond Street and they deserve the accolades.

  My husband and I feel so comfortable and confident with Bond Street Mortgage which is a serious an important piece to using a lender. The reason why is for one the amount of constant communication throughout the whole process. For two, the paperwork frenzy can get overwhelming but, Bond Street makes it feel like a breeze. For three, Bond Street makes you feel heard. Often times you may get a fast talking lender and before you know it you maybe screwed. However that's not going to happen with Bond Street. This is our second house working with Bond Street and the type of dedication they have is rare. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A LENDER TAKE IT FROM ME USE BOND STREET MORTGAGE!!! James and Malak made me feel so safe in the advice they gave or even a quick direction in investing which, speaks volumes about how much they wanted us to reach our success goals. Bond Street Mortgage knows they are apart of my Husband and I success dream. We will never go anyplace else for investment number 3 plus refinancing options.
