Nubia Rosario1If you are willing to spend $85 to get a paper notarized this is your place! Needed a physical form from a doctor notarized and he explained to me he charges $75 to go out to the doctors to check for the doctors ID to make sure she is the one who signed it and $10 for the actual notary $85 smh! I went to UPS and paid $10, that's it!
Response from the ownerInteresting! maybe you can share with the rest of us which UPS store notarizes documents without the signer being present...as that is highly illegal to do, and you had already told me the letter was signed by your doctor(who was not going to be present) AND I QUOTE THE LAW: FS117.107[9] an Act of OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT: Notarization Without an appearance: "Notarizing the signature of a person who does not personally appear before the Notary at the time of the Notarization is an act of official misconduct. A Notary that violates the law is guilty of a civil infraction and can be fined up to $5,000, even if the Notary had no fraudulent intentions. A violator with intent to defraud is guilty of a felony in the third degree" FS117.107[9]. I had explained that going to see the Dr.(Mobile Service Fee is $75.00) and $10.00 for each additional signature, by the way our prices are posted on our website for everyone to see they are not made up when you call. I can understand you not wanting to pay the mobile fee, but going out of your way and leave a bad review because you didn't like a quote for a service you requested over the phone? I think not only is not fare, but it is overblown out of proportion, to go out of your way to smear our good name just because you don't agree with a price given to you over the phone....? C'mon....! Respectfully I tell you I don't agree with your bad review. We are professionals and stand tall with Miami Notary the company the brand that we built through the years our work ethic, and the quality of service we provide our clients.

Juliette Fabien5It is very refreshing to see a business run the way it’s supposed to. Trying get get the correct ORI through DOH website was a mission. The # on the main page was apparently outdated. The gentleman who was attending to me suggested that I call them directly to confirm the # - and I did while he was waiting patiently. He was very professional and reassuring. My experience was pleasant despite the issue with the ORI #. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking prompt and efficient services.
Response from the ownerMs. Fabien, it was nice to meet you earlier, I'm very glad we were able to help you with your Live scan fingerprints and to resolve your issue expediently. Have a great weekend and thank you for your words of appreciation.

Sylvie Elmoznino1When I sent the notarized document that I need an Apostille processed, Marcelo indicated that he could not get it processed as the notarized document was incomplete and was not done correctly by the notary. When I asked what was the problem with the document, he indicated that he could not just tell me as consulting for these matters was part of his business. He said that if I wanted to know his consulting fee for this service was $50.00. So at this point I was looking into spending $100 for the Apostille service and $50 to find out what was wrong with the notarized paper. I decided to send the document the way it was directly to the Florida Department of State with a $10 check which is the cost of the Apostille. Three weeks later I received the Apostille from the FL Dept of State.
Response from the ownerDear client, I'm very happy you were able to obtain your Apostille. Being in business for almost 10 years now, we deal with rejected documents from other notaries all the time, The Apostille Office has very strict guidelines for the way a notarization is to be performed with the exact legal language the state requires, I really don't recall your specific case or document, all I can tell you is that the State office that processes Apostilles are known to reject documents for small details missing in the Notary block. There are certain elements in the notary block that are mandatory upon and inspection of your document one or more of the elements might have been missing, We strive to give the best possible service and to keep the rejection rate to zero, and when we see one or more required elements are missing we give the choice to our clients of us letting us notarize the document properly in our office for a very modest $10.00, or you also have the option of our notary service giving the exact words to another notary in which case we charge a consultation fee. this is why we usually ask our clients to let us handle the notarization in our office to avoid this kinds of problems. Having said that I can assure you our integrity is intact and excellent and at the top of our list and all the clients that have dealt with us in the past know this to be true. We are sad to know that is how you feel about us, and also I stand tall for my own integrity as well as the one for Miami Notary, LLC.

Daniel Castro Rodriguez1So this guy is a professional scammer. I needed my fingerprints taken, which cost $50 (already kind of high). Anyways, I get there and I tell then that, and when the guy is charging me the amount says $100. I tell him what's up? And he is like, we need to make 2 copies to make sure they are ok, we don't want to make mistakes. I tell him no thank you, and for the next 10 minutes he continues to pressure me. I had to tell him to please to stop insisting. A week later my friend goes there, and it was the same story. I won't come back there anytime soon. Zero honesty and professionalism in this place.
Response from the ownerWhile it is not required because of the extra cost involved, we recommend all our customers to have 2 fingerprint cards taken. Poor quality prints may be rejected by the FBI, and even an experienced fingerprint technician can have a difficult time getting good quality prints on some applicants. Therefore, if the turn around time of your FBI report is an issue of critical concern to meet your deadlines (as this reports are time sensitive) we recommend 2 fingerprint cards per client, (not because we could make a mistake), as in that case FBI will move forward with your process even if one of the prints is deemed poor quality by them. Furthermore, no one involved in Miami Notary, LLC is a scammer, we don't need to scam anyone, the very reason we are in business for so many years is that we are honest. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and work ethics and we hold ourselves to high standards, and we are second to none in the industry. We choose to make our prices public and they are posted on our website for transparency, and for the whole world to see, to be as upfront as possible. Even after you saw our prices online and had every opportunity to choose a place more suitable to your budget, you still chose to come to us.... (makes me wonder why anyone would do that?) We will continue to recommend 2 Fingerprint cards per person, and we will continue to give the same great service most of our clients appreciate. This is an update: 10/16/2019: Today one of your friends came in to do the same service we provided you and he told me, he came in because you recommended him to come and see me? Really???!!!! I see that despite all the bad things you have to say about my business and myself you are still recommending your colleges and friends to come to me? Hahaha.... I have never seen that before, I guess the service was not as bad as you say it was after all right ???? Very hypocrite of you Mr. Daniel Castro Rodriguez....I wonder in what law firm you work...because it is shameful from an attorney, you have no principles, If someone does me wrong I tell people not to go there, however you are doing the exact opposite...! something to think about wouldn't you say?
