  The wait was not as long as I expected, the manager was on top of everything, and I noticed the other customers knew her. The environment was very nice and friendly, definitely going to make this my primary chase. I'd like to add that the manager ran to open up as a teller while her other employee was helping costumers at the ATM. It's nice to see that they work together to get the bank running smoothly.

  Terrible customer service!!! Nobody wants to works!! A waste of salaries for workers that do &$*! Point blank.. not to mention that all the good reviews here were wrote by their own employees..smh!! Bad bad get rid of this location👎🏻Needs a lot of improvement

  LOVE this Chase branch , by far the best client experience I have ever encountered, I disagree with the previous bad reviews, now a days all banks have 1 teller , having 3 in this branch with a drive thru is perfect. I use the drive thru and they are super friendly and attentive. Love it. Inside is clean and pleasant team. 👌😊

  Great location. Lots of team spirit. All working together to help customers. Great communication with customers also. I will recommend this branch to my friends to open college accounts they offer great benefits for college students. Thanks to all the employees at this location.

  They replaced people with machines and now have 2 machines inside and only 1 person attending. People who want to use machines are outside in line for the machine. People inside all lined up for the the one person working. No one inside was in line for a machine. How counter productive can you be? What a waste of money. Going to regions to be helped by a live person.

  Worst chase bank EVER!!! You have to wait at least 1-2 hour to do a deposit on a commercial account They only have 2 people for customer service wow! Don't go to that location!!! 👎👎👎

  Ive waited more than two hours and all the workers are talking and not doing their jobs. Come here if you wish to wait for hours.

  Worts brand ever of Chase. Slow, bad customer service. They don’t even have people in the front to guide you. The bathroom need a code and there is nobody to tell you the code
