  I will tell you this: we tried working with the big guys (Wells Fargo, Rocket Mortgage) but we had such a bad experience with them (got prequaled but they didn't know much about the condo questionnaires (wasted $s)). But thank GOD we found Mateo from MB Mortgage Lending. He is absolutely amazing, KNOWS HIS STUFF (I work for Freddie Mac I can confirm), and was amazed by how fast he was able to get us through the process (which is different in Miami and Florida than other places). Also amazing guy, easy to work with. 5 stars all around! Highly highly recommended!!

  I used their services and I was really surprised how easy and smoothly the process worked. I worked with Mateo who was extremely positive and patient, explaining me every detail and answering every question or concern I had. I would recommend this business and I would use them again!
