      Awful! Wait time is HORRIBLE! I live behind them---I changed to Wells Fargo. The time I spent in line -- I can go on 94th or 69th and take care of my banking needs and be at ease.

      Worst run branch I have ever visited out of any bank. Line is always 10 people long and they only have 1-2 tellers at most . The worst part , when the lines are long the tellers go on breaks . No customer service . Managers that don't care

      I have never been here where there isn't a long line. And they usually have only one teller! They need to hire more tellers or I'm switching banks!

      They had only one teller working Friday 8/26/2016... I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get some changes(after waiting they told me they had no changes) I do not understand how a company like this could be so bad managing a little branch.

      Awful service waiting almost 2 hours in line. Only 1 or 2 tellers.. my company diffenitly changing banks. This is unbelievable.. i do not recommend at all 😡

      The staff is nice and cordial but it's definitely Understaffed, an ATM teller assist would be really helpful!

      Very friendly staff. Yousef the mgr Is actually hands on making sure there is no wait at the teller line.

      Worst location, not only the tellers were late and opened 15min after 9am, but they were really rude. They could seriously use some training
