  I read some of the reviews here and it looks like people do not understand the basics of banking - service within a particular branch has little to do with the main operations of CITIBANK, their back office. I personally have been using this branch for all sorts of matters and always got attention, and professional approach to my business.... Definitely recommend - all managers are very professional and have been working there for long time - I am saying that cause I visit this branch almost every week for the past 3 years and see same people...

  Happy Citi customer since 2008, first in MA, now here in FL. This branch is great! Got excellent service, even we had to wait a bit to meet our guy, but still, better outcome than expected (was there for a complicated transaction). Regarding some of the other comments on Citi in general, I personally never had an issue wiring money to other accounts, nationally or internationally, neither from the Internet bank of from a branch. I have had accounts in other of the major US banks and for me this is the one that has worked best - and the only one I keep now.

  I repeat do NOT bank at this particular Branch whatsoever!...everyone working here is lazy & the customer service is so poor to the point where the tellers are forced to say " did you enjoy my service" after single transaction...furthermore the management is a complete joke...i'd encourage you bank at a another institution unless you like terrible bank service at it's finest

  Impossible to talk to anyone on this branch. People never answer the phone, and call gets re-directed to call center

  Unclear how to get Citigold service. Standard service is ok BUT not so much so if you are an international customer
