  Mia was frequently communicative and guided me during what was a bit of a stressful, roller coaster of emotions during my refinancing. She was helpful letting me know when I needed to resubmit documents as well as keeping me updated on changes and delays that were occurring with the underwriter. She ended up helping me get back more than I thought I would while paying off what I needed to, and when my appraiser was being reassigned, she kept me in the loop on that too.
