  Linda Rudd and team are great! We used them for our first house purchase and then again to refinance. Everyone there are very nice, they have great communication, and are very good at explaining things and keeping you posted on the progress of the loan.   I've worked with Linda twice now for refinancing a home and financing a new one. The experience both times was excellent. I love the fact that Linda took time to understand my needs and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. I and my realtor were both very impressed with the timely and regular communication by her team. Never did we feel left out of the process.   We had a great experience with the Rudd team. We had not bought a home in 20 years, and SO much of the process was different. Linda was VERY knowledgable and patient in answering our questions. I never once thought I was being "talked down to" by an expert, which she most definitely is.   Linda and her team were very helpful during our home buying process. They worked hard to underwrite our loan since we didn’t have traditional credit. My only complaint is that they did not let us know they would not be able to offer us a 15yr loan (due to our lack of credit) until we had already made an offer on a home. If I had known this sooner, I would have looked more for other lenders. Otherwise the rates they offered on 30 yr loans were quite competitive.
