  Matt was amazing and he and the team consistently went well above and beyond to make our experience easy and wonderful! Matt and the team worked efficiently and quickly to create and meet a very aggressive closing schedule. They communicated well and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. When our process ran into a few challenges, Matt dug right in and resolved them in a manner that far exceeded our expectations. I can honestly say that we couldn't have done this without him!

  Matt Devine, Greg Culbertson, and the rest of the team made our refi go extremely smooth! They informed us immediately when the loan rates dropped to an all time low and we jumped on it! They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Every question we asked was answered with out hesitation and would definitely recommend them in assisting your next mortgage or refi!

  Our refinance went very smoothly and Tarah was great! I am self employed, which normally, means a huge headache when trying to refinance. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. Everything was simple and uploading all of our docs went very smoothly. Tarah was always available to answer questions!   Matt and his team made our refinancing process so easy!   Working with Mr Turner at Fairway mortgage was a pleasure. Being a Vet, he kept me abreast over the last year or so of the declining rates available to me. Once I decided to go ahead and refinance, he made the transition very easy. Explanations were give when I asked about certain things while in the paperwork process. His assistant was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with over my last 10 mortgage changes. Highly recommend Mr Turner and Fairway if you are considering to refinance and or buy a home.   Matt and his team an Fairway Mortgage Company made my home buying experience very easy. As I first time home buyer I really didn't know what I was doing, but they made everything quick and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend them to any person looking to purchase a home.
