  I got the keys to my new home faster than I thought! My mortgage advisor was Golf and I can’t recommend him enough. This was my first time purchasing a home and he took the time to work with me to understand what the process was like and what is needed every step of the way. I never felt under pressure and felt like I was in good hands. In addition to being understanding, he and his team also moved at a phenomenal pace. We closed 4 days earlier than expected (and frankly probably could have closed sooner but I wanted to close in Oct instead of Sept). My realtor was incredibly impressed and even said he would be considering using Golf for his next home purchase! They lend in multiple states as well not just Florida - I’m in Washington state, for example. All-in-all, the process was smooth, and Golf really made the experience great. Highly recommend.

  Golf and his team are AMAZING. I was trying to refinance with another company and it taken 7 months and still nothing. I contacted I3 lending, and Golf had my refinance done in 16 days!! He is so professional and gets things done. This will be the only company I use from now on!

  Elvira was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire process. She was professional, but still treated me as a valuable customer.   I refinanced my home 10 yrs ago with Golf and just did it again to lock in these rates and get a shorter term, less money, and was so easy. Well worth the call I refer all my friends and family to him. Straight shooter and awesome person to work with.

  It was a pleasure working with Jeanine on our refinance. Jeanine with her efficiency and persona made our refinance process smooth. She was available for questions and very knowledgeable. I would recommend I3 lending to anyone. We also worked with Jeanine & Gulf a few years ago when we bought our home and that was a great experience as well.

  Golf was recommended to me, and I was not sure what to expect as this process can be confusing to most home owners and those that work outside the industry. Golf however lived up to the recommendation and provide excellent service throughout the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable clearly explaining the loan terms recommended and why they were chosen. He was extremely responsive to us whenever we had questions or concerns no matter how minor or confusing it may have been. I have to mention that this all occurred during COVID19 crisis which most people used as a excuse not to be on top of things. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends, and anyone interested in financing or refinancing of an home. He went above and beyond after our primary business was done to help us with another loan which we had not even considered which ends up saving us 100k plus in interest payments. Despite the personal aspects of the process working well with him, his knowledge of the business helped save us 8 years of payments which I would say was the driver of me leaving this review for him.
