  Emma Guzman was a very professional and great help. She was there to answer any questions and explain everything perfectly. She's also a very joyful person, she provide useful information about our house and guided us through the process. She was also very nice and passionate about her job and she always had time to help with anything. I would 10/10 recommend because of how great she does her work.

  Worked with Emma on purchasing our home as first time home buyers! And let me tell you, the process of all the paperwork and getting everything together was such a breeze. The only stressful part was actually looking for homes but Emma made it so easy once we did find a home we liked. The communication was great! She answered every call and text when I had a question. Explained everything to me so well. Will definitely be working with Emma again in purchasing a bigger family home in the near future! I definitely recommend working with Emma and the team at Guild for your home!

  Emma is one of the most knowledgeable, and kindest professional I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We chose to use Emma not once but twice because of the hard work and dedication that she showed us during our buying process.   Emma is amazing! she is kind and respectful, I love that she has attention to details, and most likely she is very good when explains the programs to the clients, she is Knowledgeable about different loan programs and get the stuff the done!
