Victoria Davitt1My grandmother has been a member of this credit union for many years, 10+. For the last year she’s been having a series of fraudulent charges on her checking account. They’ve been reviewed by the fraud department, canceled her debit card and then replaced her debit card each time. I help her with her account when she needs it and we weren’t sure where these charges were originating from. After a few occurrence I asked them for advice on how this might be continuing to happen. They had nothing to tell me. Stating there are different reasons and the fraud department will handle it. Now instead of offering any advice or help with fraud prevention they have canceled her debit card and refuse to give her a new one. It’s unfortunate that they are willing to inconvenience their long time members, not to mention an elderly woman, in such a way and while offering no help or guidance. We will be moving to bank a that offers better fraud protection and find a fraud prevention class.

Yvette Atkinson1Didn’t stay with Metro for a month and immediately closed my accounts I was getting charged late fees twice. It’s ridiculous the fees they charge many other banks don’t take advantage as Metro does. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL!

Jake M1I'll be changing my bank ASAP. I've fought these guys more than once on overdrafting my account wrongly and saw the reversal for all. After another one today. I called and come to realize they do not offer reversing even if it is their fault. You robbed me today MCU. I will take my finances to another CU which will happily recieve my business.

Alex Bettin2Been banking here for a long time, definitely not the best. The fees get pricey. And they hold your checks which is ridiculous. It's not my problem you guys can't handle your checks. Definitely changing to another bank.

Andrea Foley5If you need a car loan and have a great credit score, this is hands down the only place to get financing. We have 3 auto loans at 1.99% with Metro and they make it quick and easy!!

Robert Schimonitz1This bank used to be the best bank then after the pandemic they started strap in their ATM charges and just gouging everybody on everything. I had a business account and they made everything difficult and nothing easy seems like all they’re doing is gouging people and treat them like the big banks I miss the small bank feel. Darissa Dober2They was good for most things but a lot of things have changed about metro and not for the better either They charge fees for everything with no guarantee of getting alone If you could afford a fee for everything than there is no reason for you to be getting a loan in the 1st place so that makes no sense at all they are just money hungry!
