  our experience with jim brabec was a very positive one - he promptly returned phone calls, was knowledgeable, helpful and competent and made the process less stressful for us. closing costs came as a total pleasant surprise in comparison to other banking institutions.

  An amazing lack of professionalism by John Sommese. They lost track of documents. He was unable to supply a closing date commitment. They failed to include the primary HOA information. He could not estimate the closing costs!!!!!! In over 50 years of managerial experience; Big 4 Consulting, the largest healthcare organizations, federal, state and local government, I have never experience such ineptness. I would not recommend MOO and especially John Sommese.

  As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and was not sure of the process. Nick Zbair was very patient with me, and provided a stress-free home buying experience. We had a lot of demanding factors during our buying period—including a short buy time (requested by sellers) and we left for our honeymoon for 2 weeks. Nick assured me they could get things done on time, and he was right. Our rates and closing fees were lower than we expected, and Nick went out of his way to ensure this. This was a huge life event, and we trusted Nick completely. He was in constant contact, I never felt unsure or undecided through any steps. He is always a phone call away. Nick is very relatable, reassuring, and honest, I knew he would do a quality job and keep our interest a priority. I absolutely recommend Nick Zbair to anyone buying a home.
