  Nic was very helpful in explaining our options for a loan. Once we decided on the loan, Ashley helped us throughout the process by answering all of our questions in a very timely and friendly manner. I don't leave feedback very often when asked, however I was so impressed with her professionalism I felt I needed to. I highly recommend First Nebraska Credit Union for all your banking needs.

  Karen is my go-to, she is the most valuable asset to this bank! I have had some issues I didn't particularly like while dealing with them, but for the most part they are good. If depositing a check of, say, $4,400 they hold it for 3 days, $5,500-7 days. They might release a portion with a good excuse, but it is tight. After banking here and having several loans, a visa bank card, checking and savings accounts for a few years, I still feel like I have no banking relationship with this bank; they have no faith or trust in me. Karen is not included in this review, she should be bank president!!

  Audri was incredible in giving us all the options for a personal loan. This was such a seamless experience for us because of you and we are so grateful at how quick this process has been. This credit unions’ staff is so incredible, I’ve never had a negative interaction. It’s why I can’t let you guys go even though Ive relocated to Tennessee. Thank you again!

  We switched from Wells Fargo after years of continuing charges, being handed off to someone else anytime we had a question, and having to wade through excessive automated phone service. Even though it was a bit of a drive to get to any branch, the ABOVE EXCELLENT customer service EVERY TIME and the lack of charges for every little thing kept us as customers for over a decade until we moved. We re-financed our home with them, used them for auto loans, and set up all of our kids' accounts through them. If there is any negative (and it's a tiny one), their computer system isn't as fancy and fast as bigger banks. Seriously, you will not be disappointed.

  Refused to set up an auto pay on my auto loan. Now I had a 32 day late payment and theyre calling my job. Very unsatisfied with how first Nebraska has handled this. Theyre extremely fast to put you in collections but thats the only thing they seem to excell at.
