  It's just a trash bank here. You can't reach them for any services unless you walk in, because they rarely call back when you need them to. Their online services are subpar. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your business.

  I had an issue I needed to speak with the manager about. She did not return my call within 24 hours. I called back and they wanted to have her call me again. I said I already went through that and she was not responsive. Only when I said they left me no option but to contact the regulatory authorities did the manager speak to me. We wanted to close our deceased sister's account and they said we had to come in to the bank with the necessary documents. We are senior citizens and we live 75 miles away. They would not accept commonly accepted legal electronic means of transmitting the legal documents they needed, and they would not accept them by mail either. I asked if these rules were their rules or state or federal regulatory rules. They said their rules. They are operating in the past.

  They do wire transfer each month one time free. Now they change $10.00. But never notice me before. And I heard there service is good but last 2 years I not get good service from them. Very cheap bank in my life.

  I've been banking at Metro City Bank for a couple of years now, and I had a great experience with them recently. I had some questions about my online account, and my call was answered right away by someone in a branch instead of some call center. Everything was resolved completely to my satisfaction. They also have great rates on savings and CDs.

  They called me and asked me what one of my large checks was for - I told them ‘none of their business.’ They soon after closed my account. Additionally - their drive through line is ridiculously slow at the Doraville location. Once I got stuck in line with one car in front of me and one car behind me (so I couldn’t leave the line) I had to wait for 26 minutes for them to service the car in front of me.

  Great Bank to Deal with. I would have given them 7 stars but Google only go up to 5. So BRAVO to the entire team. They are efficient & effective and very knowledgeable on SBA.   Very bad experience, can’t even pay in phone. I have mistaken control on my payment, I try to call the customer service at 4:30, it wouldn’t let me contacts in the phone and they are close 5pm.

  service poor. I applied for fixed mortgage and they gave me fixed mortgage only for two yrs. I had to pay extra 2 points more for fixed mortgage for two years. They deceived me.

  Racist, terrible, and very discriminatory!! Never go here to open an account! I am also sharing on Facebook so others will know! NEVER WILL I BE BACK!! The other reviewer was 100% correct on this one!!
