  I work for a medical billing company and Met Credit is the collection agency we use. They have always been very professional and do a great job with debt collecting. . Laurie Desantis is great to work with and very prompt in answering any questions I may have. Highly recommend them!

  As a business owner Metcredit has always been my first call for Canadian accounts. Now that they have expanded to the US they will again be my first call. They’re quick to update, and have excellent recovery results.

  The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude. She carried a very negative tone and bossy dominant type character. I was only making contact to find out why my updated credit report showed the same collection falling off in one name and being put back on in the name the previous was bought out from, and doesn't even show that it's paid in full. Anyhow I was unhappy and she would rather downgrade and yell, rather than assure me it was infact taken care of and would fall off soon...

  Pretty good with getting patients to clear accounts that they wouldn't respond to otherwise. Communication is above average for a corporation.

  I work in a healthcare providers office for many years. We use Met Credit as our collection agency. They collect on patients accounts in a timely manner. With out the help of this agency I would not be able to collect on many of my old patient accounts. The staff is always eager to assist and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Met Credit USA
