Anita Burmingham5It was my first time there, and was very pleased. The facility was nice and clean. I was especially impressed with the service advisor Andrew. He was very nice and knowledgeable. They even tried to do a recall that I hadn't known about. Unfortunately my vehicle was too old - not their fault. Overall I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend the service dept. for Jeep.

Renita Keith1Horrible. I called wanting a new key fob for my suv and instead of giving me a new one they replaced my old one. I called and left a message due to no one answering the phone and never heard back. I paid over 200 dollars and still only have one key fob when I was looking for an additional one. I’ll be driving to buffalo or Erie instead of using them again.

Although we didn't buy a car today, we were impressed on how well he listened to our needs and offered solutions and promised to follow up with is, not an email, but a phone call from him to see if we were ready. In a world where doing things is mostly done in the internet ( like this) it's nice to every once in a while to hear I'll call you instead of texting and such. Would recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone. Good selection

K G (Khandio)5I started going back to Dodge after Dave Warren took ownership. I used the Body shop to repair several vehicles. All of the service on my Dodge Caliber was done by the service department 100% to my satisfaction. Last Year I decided to buy a second car so while I was off training my spouse would have something to drive. They had some spectacular deals on used vehicles so I left with a Chrysler 200. 3 Months later I took my Caliber in for service and it needed a wheel bearing that was not in stock. The service manager knew I had tickets in Erie PA so he handed me the keys to a brand new loaded Dodge Ram and said "We just want to make sure your family stays safe". While my Caliber was being fixed they polished it up real nice and it looked like a brand new car. As it sat there all shiny the parts manager jokingly asked "Why don't you trade it in". So I went inside and asked the sales person to run the numbers. He asked what I wanted, what I wanted for trade, and what I wanted to pay. He then handed me the keys and said he'd call me in a few hours. A few Hours later he called and asked if I had time to sign papers as all of my requests were being met. I left this time in a 2017 Jeep Renegade. In the next 13 months, all tire rotations, details, service, and maintenance have all gone through the service department. Today, 10 months after purchasing my Renegade, I traded it in on a 2018 Jeep Compass. Once Again they worked to meet my fairly demanding requests. they had to meet my funding, options, and service requirements. It took a few hours, But I left at 7:00pm in my new car. I cannot stress enough how much Dave Warren personally has done for myself and the community. His staff from the detailers to finance to service and Sales have always met and exceeded my expectations. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know because I honestly feel like the safety of My family, My Dogs, And I are their #1 Priority. Thanks! Dave, Jay, Andy, Mike, and Andrew!
