  Besides the salesman who yelled at another salesman I was dealing with for no reason in front of myself and my son, great experience. Ted, he is a very personable and great person. He loves his job, he loves his family, and definitely is good at what he does. Although I drive a Subaru and will continue(I was with someone trying to get a Honda), I'd definitely reccomend checking out Bianchi Honda as my next choice, should I ever get tired of my Subaru friends.♡ all of the staff, besides that one, they're all very welcoming and friendly. You'll definitely have a great experience with them. You'll walk away pleased. All in all, it was a great experience. :) absolutely wonderful. P.S. Anyone who has their dog's photos up in their business, is bound to be great to work with. Jason, if you see this, Bianchi Honda Max is the cutest little ham of a dog. You have great staff. Great.

  My car was done within the time frame promised. There were no unexpected charges. I do wish there were still snacks available in the waiting area but I think Covid has something to do with that. I appreciate the car wash after the service but I wish they would take the time to dry the car also especially the windows. Over all good service.

  The service man said he would delay the door locks. He didn't do it. Was told I needed my tires rotted. Brand new HRV with less than 6000 miles. Are they made of butter? Asked how long the tires would last, he said about 20,000 miles. Checked and average tire is good for 30,000 to 100,000 miles Not happy

  Thoroughly enjoyed our first experience buying a vehicle at Bianchi! Got a great deal on our first Honda. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Henry was very honest and was able to find us the right vehicle to fit our budget. We were able to find and purchase our new Accord in about two hours from beginning to end. A++++

  Always like dealing with Bianch Honda. I moved south 4 years ago and bought down their. Regretted it. So this year when I came back to Erie I bought from them. Salesman was great and finance person got me a fantastic rate.👍
