  This bank just keeps getting worse. They pay little to nothing for interest. They refused to let me deposit my sons refund check from college that he signed over to me despite having an account for over 10 years, and more than enought to cover check in my account. I will be closing my account asap. I recommed you bank elsewhere.

  Thank god for Carmen. We were having difficulty with our mortgage and the new companies MVCU merged with. Managers at other branches were dismissive or did not put effort into fixing the issue. Carmen put in so much time and effort to fix the issue and responded quickly whenever we needed her. She is passionate about helping the customers and actually cares. Our experience with her has restored our faith in MVCU.

  I had a wonderful experience with Carmen at MVCU in North Andover. I refinanced my car, and she made it very easy for me. She easily explained the process, gave me a list of required documents and made an appointment with me at my earliest convenience. I ended up opening a checking and savings account with them while I was there. Great bank and great people!

  I have been a member of MVCU for about 18 years. Multiple mortgages, car loans, savings and checking - the service has always been great! I do most of my banking online but when I do visit a branch I feel like a VIP because I am treated so well. Rates cant be beat. They helped me setup a one way link to my daughters account so I can transfer money to her as needed while she is away at college.

  So went to deposit money and the ATM still is working. It been probably a month. So I walk in and 3 tellers. One busy other two doing nothing. I wait wait wait then finally a “can I help you”. You can tell immediately she does not want to be there on a Saturday morning. Doesn’t say hello , good morning, a smile , NOTHING. I ask her what’s up with the ATM she says they’ll get to it when they can. She snatched my ID and Debit Card. Pretty much throws it back to me. Then not even a have a good day a nice day smile nothing. I cannot have a bank that’s not pleasant and I will be calling the branch manager to have them explain to me why I should keep them as my bank when I don’t even want to walk in there with tellers soooo RUDE

  If i could give zero stars...horrible experience with mortgage department. Half assed lazy unprofessional employees you need to constantly stay on top of and they make mistakes. Terrible management by Lisa Carrozza. Never never use them for loans. Absolutely terrible.
