  This is the worst financial experience I’ve ever had. I added my account just to leave this review, which I’ve never done before just to warn anybody thinking of working with this entity. Please find another bank. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. From them not knowing where my cards are being shipped (3 times) to having to wait 45 days for my actual card (and counting, still no card). Rude employees, even though I should be the one being rude and I’m not. classic run around. And somehow I’m being billed 123 dollars for opening an account when I never got an account number and have yet to see my card. This place is so bad that it sets a new record for how low a business can go. Do not listen to credit karma, use any other company to build your credit. Do not work with these people. It is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had man, I’m regretting the choice of dealing with them every day and counting. To be clear, this is the worst service I’ve EVER received. No exaggeration. Don’t do it man it’s not even worth the stress. Pick anybody else if you can.

  Card is hacked, a scheduled payment was to ne processed yet I never gave permission??? When calling for 6 hours I kept being put on hold. I even cancelled my card yet dont know if they did and allowing charges to be made on it???

  My Card was Compromised, I received a Fraud Alert from them, I called Back 5 Times!...and was put in Hold for over 20 min each Time! Terrible Customer Service....nothing still has been Done!

  If I could give it a negative number I would. I was on hold for over 3 hours and 30 minutes trying to get information on a fraudulent charge on my card. If the police didn't need the information I definitely would have hung up a lot sooner. Definitely would not recommend this card to anyone. Customer service is a joke!!!!

  Complete scam. If you apply for a credit card with them, they don't actually send you a card until AFTER you pay a bill for an annual fee. I paid the fee and closed the non-existent "account" so I wouldn't have a ding on my credit report. DON'T FALL FOR IT! I filed complaints with multiple consumer fraud agencies.

  They pulled my credit and I never got a response from them as to whether I was approved or not. You cannot get anyone on the phone either. ***update: after waiting for 4 months they finally will be sending the card in the mail, but I don't think I will be activating it. I don't like how this company does business. Also, best time to call is 8am.

  Started hitting my credit over a card i never received or applied for.. $50 fee... called 4 times... they hing up on me 3 times... still unwilling to help me

  Was on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up. Simple question. Possible fraud activity on my card. Received an E mail on this. Highly disappointed.

  When you pay your balance they take an entire week to post it, then tell you "that's how banking works." DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MONEY.
