  The staff are always friendly and very helpful. My big complaint is the fact that you have to walk in now. There’s no longer a drive up window. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. I can’t get out and go inside anymore. So I have stopped using you and going to a different bank. 5/11/22 Thank you for responding but the ITM is not helpful when you need money orders, quarters or anything not just cash. Without an actual person sending a roll of quarters or printing a money order and sending it through the window it is not an option.

  The staff were super friendly and professional. We came 15mins before closing and they were still patient and understanding and helped my family set up our accounts. I have heard so many good things of Meritrust through the community and now I understand. This bank really makes you feel like family and everyone matters. Would recommend to anyone looking for all their banking and financial needs.

  Wonderful local credit union, I moved to Kansas from Utah and this was the best banking experience I had here in Kansas. Love this credit union.

  Usually always someone free to help you. Most of the staff is respectful of members. Good management. Now have automatic teller machines where someone in a call center completes your transaction, so much for a financial institution. Quit giving away jobs to self service machines.

  We just have an auto loan here and making a payment is the worst thing in the world. The line both inside and out is always long. Now that we are not able to go inside makes things worse. On a Saturday, no less, there is only one lane offering all services. Really?! There is only one establishment in our town now, why? 🙄

  Tried banking with Meritrust briefly. Staff not well trained. Better off banking somewhere else.

  I can't make a bike payment with a debit card...ironic since it's a bank. I'll make sure my next vehicles are financed with my other bank that does.
