  Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation was very accommodating to my specific loan needs. I got connected with Dottie and I am very thankful for that. As a first time home buyer trying to tackle a renovation loan, it was stressful, but I wouldn't want anyone else with me but Dottie. She was very easy to talk to, she answered my questions quickly, I never felt like I was a bother to her, and she was my biggest advocate for getting things done when it came down to closing. I am very thankful for Fairway, and for Dottie for helping make my dream home a reality.

  We are first time home buyers and had little experience with the whole process of buying a home, however, Tasha sent us detailed emails to help walk us along the way. Every term was explained to us from the escrow account down to closing. We appreciated the Fairway phone app that gave us updates as well as appointed tasks for us to complete making this a user friendly experience. I felt that Fairway helped my husband and I make a very informed decision on the biggest purchase of our lives. Thank you!

  It had been several years since we purchased our previous house. Combine that with the craziness of the market, needless to say we were a bit stressed and overwhelmed about jumping back in.   That dottie went above and beyond for us. We actually started out with another mortgage company named guardian mortgage and they did me and my wife very badly with two weeks tell Close. Dottie took over saved it and we still made closing. She went above and beyond her job for us night and day.
