  My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Merit Mortgage and they were fantastic! We bought our first home in Texas while moving from Tennessee and were able to work with Bryan Upchurch who was incredibly helpful and PATIENT with us through the entire process. Not only were we first time homeowners but we were in a completely different state and really had no idea how to purchase a home. Bryan was trustworthy and spent hours working with our realtor and was able to educate us on everything we did not understand.
