  Terrible Terrible service. SANAC the manager decides she is going to put my check on a 10 day hold even though for years it cleared in one day. Same check from the same company issued on the same bank. The weird part is she had no explanation, not one. When I asked her for an explanation she said she couldnt give me one and my choice is to cancel or deposit so I cancelled. She was extremely short and unhelpful.

  I had an appointment 2pm and took 40 minutes for somebody to Help me . Don’t waste your time with this bank . In god we trust , but trust your money for Truist ….

  Obviously the drive-thru customers take priority at this location...If you do want in-person-through-bulletproof-glass-a-mask-and-a-thick-accent service, pack your patience, and maybe a sleeping bag and MREs...

  What a great branch office. Mahin , Cathy and the rest of the team are just wonderful. They were able to help us out in a bind to get some notary services done and they were just all very helpful and efficient. Great work at the entire team!

  If there was less than one star that would definitely be the rating. I waited for 30 minutes while the bank manager and a co-worker had a conversation about personal issues and then they wanted to charge me $7 when my check was drawn on a SunTrust bank. While I was waiting, a woman behind the desk facing the back wall had made some comment when I told her I wasn't paying the fee and the teller "helping me" giggled at it. Of course cowardly she didn't say it loud enough for me to hear it. And they wonder why they're going downhill?

  Service is awful! They go through employees like underwear. This branch replaces their employees every 4 months, it's sad. The staff told me in the past how working for SunTrust is the worst job they have ever had. That the upper management treats everybody really bad.

  I would give negative stars if it let me. Suntrust is so incompetent that I shut my account down over a year ago. My brother also attempted to shut his account down at the same time. Yet, after he repeatedly asked them if every account was closed, he received a letter stating his savings account balance a week ago...which should not exist. The incompetency of the management and the general employees is honestly humorous at times. However, the humor quickly dissipates when my money is involved...take your business literally anywhere else.

  I’ve been with Suntrust since I was 15 years old and I’m now 27! There is a young lady with short hair and brown skinned and she’s rude as hell! I’ve gone to several suntrust banks and never had an issue with customer service! It doesn’t make any sense how rude and nasty how women can be towards one another... I advised her I was going to report her to customer service and she gladly turned the camera off in drive through as if she hung up on me ! Suntrust is going down bad it’s ridiculous, I’ll never come to this location again!

  Your money would be safer under a mattress than at this branch!! I’ve had a litany of problems here, and today is the last straw!! I deposited a very large check, 6 days ago, and assumed there would be a longer-than-typical hold, due to the amount, but have discovered they don’t even have the deposit on-record!! I’m here now, desperately searching for where my money is, while they have no record of me making the deposit. The ATM machine has eaten my money TWICE when attempting to make cash deposits (I’ll never trust theirs ever again), and took a week to reimburse me. An account manager (who, in all fairness, no longer works there) lied straight to my face about the options available to me, for rolling my IRA at another bank, into one with Suntrust—he was trying to get me to open 3 different types of accounts that were nothing like what he said I would be able to do—for the commission, I assume. Because I’d already taken the money out of the other account, I had to find somewhere else to put it before the 30 days ran out, and he didn’t even apologize for it! I’ve been banking with Suntrust for over 25 years (back to when they used to be called TRUST), and have had positive experiences at other branches, but NEVER with this one! Take your money somewhere else!!!

  This branch is HORRIBLE!!! SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! I came here twice in one day...Around 1pm...Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes WITH JUST ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME! I decided to go in...line backed up to the door! No urgency whatsoever! I had to leave...Came back at 3:30...SAME THING! Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes...only one car in front of me. All I had was a simple deposit...slip already completed...10 minutes!! Its always slow but today was RIDICULOUS!!
