  A couple months ago I called in to pay my husbands truck payment and I got routed to Jacqui in the collections department. She was very friendly and helpful in making sure the payment went through. I was so impressed by her customer service that I have called into her every month to make my payment since!! She truly is an amazing employee thank you for everything Jacqui!!

  Athena Higgins is AMAZING! I applied to move my truck finance to MACU from (somewhere else) and she walked me right through the process, was quick to send requests for additional information and had my loan closed in about a week. Perfect!

  My wife did her car loan through Members Alliance and easily got a better rate than anywhere else she looked, so when it was time to look at refinancing the house, I looked there. They're small, so a little different than my nationwide bank, but every time I've needed help I've gotten a useful answer from a human being quickly.

  My husband and I refinanced our home back in 10/19. Sarah H. was amazing to work with! She kept things moving and made the refi incredibly smooth!!! As if that wasn’t enough, she also helped us out with a mortgage loan modification to further decrease our interest rate due to Covid!! She is definitely my #1 referral for mortgages and auto loans!!!

  There were some tough times for EVERYONE in 2020. COVID, or what have you. Jacqueline Breson at MACU (Member's Alliance Credit Union) was a huge help and asset, to not only me, but the credit union. She was patient, understanding, and really cared about their clients. Me included. I will forever remember how patient she was with me. In a time of strife, it's comforting to know, someone has your back. You're not just a number. Thanks Jackie!!!! For all your help!
