  I've been with this bank since I was a child. My parents opened my first savings account here. But I cannot leave fast enough. The customer service is poor, but that's if you can get through to an actual person. I spent over an hour on hold today. It's ridiculous. If I can ever get through to a person I am going to close my account.

  Opened an account to buy an additional car. Got pre-approved for the loan. Went to the dealership and did all of the paperwork. Brought it back to the credit union and the underwriter declined to make the loan because SHE THOUGHT the car was unreliable because SHE HAD ONE AND HAD TROUBLE OUT OF IT. When the heck was personal opinion part of the underwriting process???? Look at the value, look at the price, make the loan, and keep it moving. I immediately asked to close my account, went over to UK Credit Union and was approved on both the car and loan. This place is a joke. Take your money elsewhere because they will waste your time.

  The hospitality is great. But, on three different accounts someone has used my bank card. On ONE of those accounts they did not give me my money back. On top of this i deposited money one day and they put it in SOMEONE ELSES account. You DO NOT play with people's hard earned money, and you most certainly should take caution with EVERYONE'S money.

  Bobby is a rude and very unprofessional. Should be ashamed of how he treats people. While in the middle of a conversation he hung up on me. When I called back to speak to his supervisor Heather, she apologized but was ultimately just as rude. I have been with them for 3 years. Can not wait for my car loan to be paid off with them.

  The worst! I bought a Harley at 4.5% and 75 months. Never late on a payment but now, for some reason, my rate is 13%. Read the fine print folks!

  Poor customer service. The girl who answered my call was very rude and unwilling to help with an issue regarding my account. When I asked her to transfer me to management/someone willing to help me, she hung up on me. First issue I've had since opening this account but considering going elsewhere if this is how you get treated.

  The web is secure , the service is good as a member more then 8years , a lot staff have change for the better and I hope more new technology is coming , like chip debit and credit cards. It is all about your money , if it secured you got it.

  I have been with this bank almost my entire life and they have always been gracious and helpful. Definitely recommend if you qualify.

  The customer service isn't great. They can be difficult to contact over the phone or through email. If you need anything, just visit the location and they are very friendly and helpful.
