      Absolutely lives the staff here always super kind and helpful. Never really too long of a wait here. If you just starting out trying to establish credit this is a great place to start! The offer alot of ammediates that you really can't find other places

      I definitely do not recommend this bank my account is constantly getting flagged for fraud even though it's me using the card and I can never withdraw money from the ATM this bank is a joke

      Awful now! Be prepared to always be waiting in long lines, likely have somebody new and inexperienced at the teller window, get denied loans you used to be able to get, and it's a huge hassle logging into account online (need to have a secondary device to retrieve code to enter on initial device). Can no longer simply and quickly cash a check, it needs to be deposited, withdrawn, and signed for through your account. This bank used to be great until they started hounding customers with car and life insurance.

      I'm officially at my wit's end with this bank I've called three times and visited on more than one occasion! Yet still, they are declining my card despite me being nowhere near my limit. Not to mention the fact they got basic information wrong on my account which is just ridiculous. If this is fixed though I'm rather doubtful that it will be at this point I will edit this to reflect as such but as of right now I will likely be getting an account elsewhere. Can't deal with this anymore!

      First I would like to say that this place does help me out pretty much every time I need a loan they are able to get it for me. The problem is you can never get ahold of anyone, when you walk in you are standing between the loan officer and the teller very easy to just talk to each other but you are ask to have a seat and they will email each other so you are setting there just waiting for the loan officer to answer an email when they could just say you have some one here to see you just like old times. As well loan officers never call you back and getting ahold of one is a Miracle. If you can get passed the phone games and waiting around until someone feels like helping you then it’s a great credit union. But it’s almost like you have to make them do their job. I have been waiting for a call back for a week now and have even called and left messages and stilling sitting here wondering what’s happening.

      Been a member for couple years and never been treated so poorly. They charge fees for anything and everything you could possibly imagine. I’m not even sure how it’s legal, some of the reasons they charge your account fees. I’m closing my accounts next week as soon as my direct deposit is set up elsewhere and moving to a credit union who actually appreciates their members. Save your time and money and bank at ANY other credit union!!

      Hour change is just horrible! I use to be able to get my daughter from day care at 5pm and still have time to go to drive thru and cash my paycheck and deposit some money. Now that can't happen. So i try to go there on my 30 minute lunch break. LOL, that is a joke!!! I go there and wait 25 minutes in line to finally get help from one of the 3 tellers working with drive thru and lobby both busy. Is it your goal to drive business away? Were is the manager to try and help with customer service with the rush of people when short staffed. I am very disappointed that this is a repeating problem. If continued i might consider going somewhere else.

      Terrible service most of the time I go there. They usually have one teller for inside and one for drive-thru even during rush/busy times. I’ve witnessed 10+ people in line and the second teller closed and said I need to take lunch. I waited over 30 min just to get money from my account as their ATM was down. In my opinion the member/ customer comes first, you can take your lunch after you help them. Obviously they think of themselves before their members. They also have poor customer service and charge horrendous fees to their members.

      Love this credit union! They are fantastic. I have less than perfect credit and they always do what they can to work with me. They truly care about their members. Jessica is great, and always sees what she can do to refinance our loans to save us money.

      First off the app works when it wants to, now I'm trying to transfer money and it won't work that's mentioned I've called both branch numbers and I can't get ahold of anybody. The customer service here is horrible. This is the third time I've tried to reach this Credit Union and can't get through to anybody. Really starting to wish I would have went to ICCU instead. Tried to use the help in the app to figure out why I can't transfer funds and it was about as helpful as the rest of the company. Well you're it is 2 hours later and a 5 calls but nobody answering. Soo irritating.....ring ring ring
