  We dealt with Rick and his team at Academy and our experience was great. Frieda was always very informational and responsive to our questions, and always made sure we understood everything.   10/10 would recommend these guys. Super friendly and the communication was amazing, I never fell out of the loop! Everyone was always willing to help, whether it was a question or multiple they were always there 100% during my loan process. Seriously they were amazing!! Thank you guys for making my dreams come true to be a homeowner at 21!

  Any questions or concerns were answered or dealt with very promptly! As a first time buyer I found many things I didn’t know or understand Rick and his team made it easy to understand and help us stay informed on where our loan was at in the process.
