  Disgusting and the Guys there are a joke (I literally walked out laughing at Them, but maybe the jokes on Me, cuz….)!!! I to put my ring I have on loan, like I did only one other time, back in 2021, I was loaned $300 or $350. I was told Today it’s worth $50 and the computer says I was given a $40 loan. Another scruffy long haired Dude says to Me... “Computers don’t lie Ma’am.” WTH?!!!! Did They take out My diamonds? I’m going to try and have it appraised next week. I’m so concerned now! And I really wished I would have saved that receipt!

  Been there multiple times and was always able to find something that I liked. Staff there helped find things that I couldn't find and was really friendly

  Went in looking to buy/sell silver bullion. Customer service was terrible. Guy offered me 21 an ounce which is crazy stupid low since it's in short supply and buyers are paying premium right now at 30 to 31 an ounce. He didn't even know the price of silver didn't care to even look. Very short answers very rude. Will not step foot in the establishment.

  Everytime I want to go to this place they change there hours. What pawn shop isn't open on the weekend. People work. Oh yeah thats right just for the crackheads

  This place is by far the worst pawn shop I have ever been too. The man who owns the place does not know anything about electronics and jewelry. I attempted to sell one of my electronic devices and he offered me a price that was substantially low. When I tried to bargain with him, he proceed to walk away and help another customer while I was still talking to him. As I was walking out, I over heard him talking behind my back to other customers. This was insulting to me. The customer service is absolutely poor. I went to a legitimate store and sold my items double the price they offered. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone.

  I'd say if a pawn shop gets bad reviews from people selling but good reviews from people buying, they are doing something right.

  I LOVE this place! They give you 2 weeks to hold your items bc it manditory by the city and they offer you 15-20% of what the item costs new which is fair! The customer service is great cause they really care about getting you what you want. The jewlery they sell is lagitimate and they even teach you a little bit on how the process works. Everyone has to remember its a pawn shop, they have to make money too. Anyway, I would reccomend them to everyone I know!!!

  Place is a joke. One person was helpful there, an older guy. Other people that were there seemed more pre occupied with there cell phones. Dam near had to wave my hands in air and say "Hello!" to get any service. Over priced on there stuff and pay way to low for what your trying to sell. Most worst place! Don't never go there. Worst joke ever!

  Always bring my items here for a loan. Treated respectfully everytime. Lots of great items that are nicely arranged, not just thrown around like other pawn shops.
