Josh Berg1Been a member for a couple years now. Have had 2 personal loans. I have become behind on my second loan because they didn't set up the auto pay feature like I originally had. Without notice they have locked my account. The app allowed me me to deposit my pay but no other transactions including my automated bill pay. Real nice Members First!

Heidi McGraw1My husband and I have been faithful members for 24 years with our personal and business accounts. Cashing or depositing checks has never been an easy task, them holding funds for up to a couple weeks or possibly denying cashing completely. They have only once, in 24 years, given us an auto loan (with a very high % rate), when we have applied many times for auto or camper loans. After our last experience with them a week ago, I will be closing my last remaining account with them. I would not recommend doing business with MFCU. Dow Chemical Employees Credit Union has gone out of their way to earn our business, with their percentage rates on our loans being the lowest rates, and they will now receive all of ours business!

Joah Jackson1$2000 goes missing in my bank account. They haven't got back woth me for 3 days. They are doing something shady . Really lost on what to do need a lawyer.

Christina Spaulding1Staff is friendly, but all the hidden fees & surprise repercussions for things nobody tells you about make it an awful Credit Union.. I had an account with a different Credit Union in a different town & never had to deal with nonsense like I have here.. Glad to be done.. No more surprises for me, thank you.

Fallen Aerie4Would give it 5, however the drive thru time is a bit slow at the Dartmouth Branch. It shouldn’t take 10-15 min. Other than that, No complaints.

Tina Moon1Horrible. The drive through needs a bigger sign to tell people to pull up. Cause people don't read then its turns into fights and arguments.. Tired of catching crap everytime I hope to u guys. Fix the problem....
