  I've had nothing but GREAT service here. The workers truly care about your financial needs, and look past your credit score. They have helped me out in tough situations several times, and treat me without judgement and respect. I will not go to any other place for a loan. They never call you to remind you of payments either, which is nice, only for promotions. I have worked both with Alicia and Gloriana, but all their staff is truly amazing. If you need a loan, tell them that Virginia (Ginny) Stackhouse sent you and they will surely hook you up! Thank again, OneMain Team!

  I truly appreciate the kindness and the help. Even tho my credit score is not the greatest, not bad but not good they helped tremendously! Now I'll be able to consolidate everything into one and knock out some of the biggest payments I have every month! I would definitely reccomend them!

  Called and told me my paystub is auto generated and considered fraud. Not sure how it’s fraud when it came from the place of employment. When I tried to ask a question they hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional. The paystub has been accepted by multiple companies before and is not “auto generated”

  Derrick Laurain the Branch Manager Mutilated the legal documents i was in need of and said "it's probably still ok" and when I was questioning it, they pushed me to just sign and leave. Unprofessional, they clearly just wanted the money and have no knowledge of State Laws.

  Lost my job last fall, need surgery,, getting the runaround from SSI, trying to work with what I owe these people. I'm about destitute and homeless - SURPRISE, CREDIT SCORE KNOCKED DOWN 133 POINTS!! No chance of a life, home or apartment now. Derek in Midland couldn't tell me HOW MUCH I NEEDED TO PAY TO GET THIS BLACKNESS OFF MY CS!! FRIENDLY, NEIGHBORHOOD WOLVES.

  The overall staff is friendly and helpful. However, I applied for a loan. I provided all my documents and they then told me it should be no problem getting approved. The next day I get a call and they said since my tips as a server aren’t the same every week, they couldn’t provide me a loan. It was frustrating and disappointing. If you are a server or bartender, OneMain might not be the best option for you.

  After being turned down practically everywhere else, these guys came through. I was in desperate need. I did get a reapresp right away. Always there to help. I definitely recommend them.

  do you wann to be harrassed every month even though you make your payment every month? Use One main..they love to blow up your phone!!!
