  It was a great pleasure having Mrs. Carla Simmons assist me. She is very professional and is committed to her clients. We ran into a bomb in the road but she did not give up until she figured it out. I would recommend her to anyone and will be back to see her in the future.

  I have been banking with Members Exchange for about 2 years. This is the last year! They’re system is completely garbage! I’ve been charged overdraft fees when money was in my account! My card has been locked when funds were in my account! When I tried to get my money back the lady wasn’t understanding about the situation didn’t show concern and really didn’t care to listen to me. I was charged 35$ for 10.00$ , $35.00 for 4.49$ that is a mistake in itself! I’m leaving them cause just last night I went to get food for my family and my card is locked and I called the number for declined transactions and the lady told me my card is active. She doesn’t see anything wrong but couldn’t explain why my card was declining. I have to wait until they open at 9 and I have to be to work at 9 so inconvenient !! If you do bank work them be careful and keep watch of your money.

  My experience with K. Keen was Extraordinary!!! After having a bad experience she turned that all the way around!! I have never felt so appreciated in knowing that someone truly wanted to help!!! More companies need someone like her bc she went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied!!! SHE ROCKS!!!! Members Exchange truly has a GEM!!! I would definitely refer my friends and family to this credit union. I appreciate you Mrs K. for all you have done to satisfy me as a customer!!! If I could give her all 100 I absolutely would!!!

  My experience at Members Exchange was great Mrs Keen took great care of everything I needed!! She was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process very professional .I haven’t had service like that in a long time!! Thanks Mrs Keen !!!

  I call lenders as part of my job. I call thousands of them. This bank has an automated system that does not give complete options. It also does not give you a way to get an operator. If you hit zero it hangs up the call. Long hold times and generally bad call handling. I'd stay away until these items are addressed.

There are options for assistance with your account, card services, apply for a loan, assistance with an IRA, past-due accounts, employee directory, and branch hours, just to name a few.   I was very pleased with Mrs. Kimbley for helping me to straighten out a real problem with my credit that had took my credit down with my something that didn’t suppose to be on my credit report because my mortgage isn’t paid off . I hope I can get this straightened up and off my credit report! I just want to thank Mrs Kimbley so much.she is taking good care of!

  The staff is always courteous and addresses me by name. The drive thru is always quick when I drive thru. The wait time is never long inside or outside. Love the perks and every thing about this bank.
