Breauanna Johnson1I have been banking with Members Exchange for about 2 years. This is the last year! They’re system is completely garbage! I’ve been charged overdraft fees when money was in my account! My card has been locked when funds were in my account! When I tried to get my money back the lady wasn’t understanding about the situation didn’t show concern and really didn’t care to listen to me. I was charged 35$ for 10.00$ , $35.00 for 4.49$ that is a mistake in itself! I’m leaving them cause just last night I went to get food for my family and my card is locked and I called the number for declined transactions and the lady told me my card is active. She doesn’t see anything wrong but couldn’t explain why my card was declining. I have to wait until they open at 9 and I have to be to work at 9 so inconvenient !! If you do bank work them be careful and keep watch of your money.

Tristan Ward1I call lenders as part of my job. I call thousands of them. This bank has an automated system that does not give complete options. It also does not give you a way to get an operator. If you hit zero it hangs up the call. Long hold times and generally bad call handling. I'd stay away until these items are addressed.
