  Horrible service. This is by far the SLOWEST branch in all of York County. A simple deposit can take over 10 minutes. Staff is polite but extremely slow and don’t appear to be well trained.

  Will not allow me to use my debit card even though I have the balance to cover it. Text support was no help and just closed conversation on me. Have been stealing money from my account with fees I signed up to avoid. Has happened to everyone I know who also uses members first to bank. Reporting to bbb.

  We've used this credit union for over 25 years. They are wonderful. Can't imagine ever leaving. We took out our first mortgage with them and had none of the issues you hear people tell horror stories about. Everything they did was accurate, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Can't recommend them high enough.

  Went in today to open a business account and the lady Judy that took care of me and my husband was so kind and explained everything to us she is such a nice person. I recommend doing business with her anyday. Thanks Judy

  Simply could not get anyone to answer the phone on repeated tries. Someone.needs to remind them that customer satisfaction is what keeps customers!! Anything else is simply poor business and unsatisfactory.
