      Always friendly and with a smile. I don't get inside the branch much. Went in for a replacement card, took care of me right there. Teller was pretty too!

      Called and spoke to Matt on their main line to order checks which is usually frustrating because I just want to call a branch directly, however he called ahead to the branch for me and told them I was coming and had the started checks waived for my first order! That's great customer service! Thanks to Matt and Kate at the branch!

      The banker, Cassie, that we ended up dealing with at this bank was so unfriendly and rude. I would not recommend going to this Members 1st. In fact, go to Wells Fargo or PNC instead, they are actually friendly and polite.
