  This location is AMAZING. Everyone is so nice and goes above & beyond. I had a problem & needed documentation for said problem… One of the tellers and the assistant branch manager took their time helping me search for the documents needed. Very professional & wonderful people!

  They Robbed Me. I highly doubt that a bank needs 37 dollars to cover small 2-6 dollar charges per swipe. I have not over drawn my account UNTILL this month in over a year. Now, not realizing this and having ”overdraft protection" which did not alert me of a negative balance really screwed me this month. I am disabled. I get less than $1000 a month. I went to the local branch to get help with these charges. Out of $370 I got back 70. WOW HUGE HELP. Also thanks for that letter TWO weeks later stating i went negative. Ive been with this bank for years and this has never happened. Ive always received help when needed by Members 1st. Now i feel like taking my measly 800 dollars a month and going to another bank. I am shocked and very upset. I this month is going to be so hard. Did i mention they took what little i had in my savings too.
