  I can honestly say 1st time @ Sheila's Jewelry, she was extremely patient with my questions and actually took the time to respond. The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. I will go there again and would highly recommend her shop. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience!!

  I love jewelry and handbags! Sheila's is the perfect place to shop. Warm friendly atmosphere, and everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great ! Shop is very clean and all items look brand new! This is a must if you are looking for antique items, jewelry or handbags!!!

  I would not recommend doing business with these people. The “owner” who I’m assuming was Sheila, was simply quite rude and unprofessional. After an offer was already made on the item I was trying to sell, she came out to my vehicle and knocked on my window IN THE SNOW, just to very rudely and with a nasty attitude, tell me to not even waste my time, she was not interested in the item and that she had already told that to the person that was working at the front desk as if I was already aware of that, which I wasn’t, considering the fact that she herself had already made me an offer. There’s a way to speak to people, ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS, and that is NOT it. I’m surprised they’re even still in business. And clearly reading the other reviews, this isn’t uncommon behavior for the owner or people working there. Seems to me they’ll do anything to rip people off and low ball offers for ALL items. Very bad business if you ask me. I’d definitely reconsider if you’re looking into doing business with them.

  I have been to Sheila' s Jewelry and Loan several times. Her professionalism, personality, deals, and her fairness is what keeps me coming back. She is very accommodating to her customers and makes them feel like family. She also donates to charities which is very important to me. I highly recommend her and her business as your first option for what you're looking for. Thank you Sheila for all you do, for your customers and the community.

  I have been a dedicated customer for years always take my camera in during tough times, but always pay back even if the fees are a bit pricey. This time I was 8 days late on a payment and they sold my loan on eBay. They really screwed me over and took something that meant something to me. I wouldn’t trust this place with another item of mine. When I was inquiring why they sold it like that so fast the man who runs it became very hostile towards me and I was upset and crying but in no way mean to him!

  We are very sorry you lost your item Christina. And we told you we where sorry. But you were not only 8 days late on your item but 19 days late. Your payment was due on the 9th August and you came in on the 28th of August. We are sorry you lost your items but we do have a business to run and have to pull stuff eventually. We gave you extra time to pay and gave you a reminder call without a return call from you. The item did sell on ebay so I couldn't do anything further.

  I love Sheila's! I had never been there before, but stopped in with my boyfriend over the weekend. I love her selection, the prices are great and Sheila is awesome... really, the whole staff is awesome! It's my new favorite Pawn Shop to shop at!

  Worst pawn shop in America. Scams customers and is extremely rude. Don’t deal with them . There are plenty of other pawn shops to buy from. Edited... Replying to Owner.. First of all my reviews are honest. Secondly thousands of people have found my reviews helpful in making honest decisions. I am a level 7 reviewer which means my reviews are kind of a big deal. I have good reviews and I have bad reviews. Just by your response alone shows why I rated you so low. You proved my point about how rude you are. Have an amazing day.

  Wow your a piece of work. I read all your other reviews that you go around and leave, most are bad! I don't even remember you coming into our location, but pretty sure I could not have pleased you either way. Next time your driving by please keep going, Thanks! Your not kind of a big deal I'm the one with the business. You just leave reviews (level 7). And I'm not rude, I'm real! I run a pawnshop not a daycare. You also have a great day!

  after bringing in of 14k gold to sell. I was given a value offer of 150. went home to return 30min later to get an estimate on some silver. When I asked for a receipt because I wasn’t given one, and what the gold I sold weighed i was told 16.5grams. With a little Research I realized how low the offer was(less than 42% of value). When I tried to confront the situation all I got was a rude attitude saying WE MADE A DEAL! After respectfully asking for my gold back if I couldn’t get a fair price. I was told by Sheila I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH!! an to sell my gold elsewhere . They clearly make a living off taking advantage of people. You would assume a jewelry an pawn shop would give you a fair market price whether your Knowledgeable about gold or not. So I took my business Right across the street at the COIN EXCHANGE , they gave me almost twice her offer at 70% 5 min later !!!

  I'm sorry you had a bad experience. You failed to mention you made the deal and left for a few hours later returning. Then you asked me look at the rest of your items you had, which all was silver plated (trays, bowls, etc) worth nothing. After I looked at your items you then asked for your gold back. So I did a free evaluation on all of your items and then I DID give your gold back without question. Also the offer was not 30%. But I'm pretty sure most people reading this will understand how the situation went. I have a great reputations and been around awhile Sir! But thank you for your opinion.

  Sheila’s place is awesome and honest! The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. She pays top dollar on items your looking to sell. Her place has something for everyone! Give the perfect gift or pick up something for yourself!

  I've had great experiences​ here. She always offers ​fair prices on the items she's bought from me and is very straight forward, yet diplomatic, about the things she doesn't want. I highly recommend bringing your items to her - or just go in to browse. You won't be disappointed.
