      The absolute worst. Two people chatting in the back room, two people helping one customer at the corner counter, and not one person looks up or looks out of the room to see if customers are waiting on the floor.

      Try today for 2 hours to reach customer service.All I am looking to do is find out why I have not received my recent Credit card like they said I would in the mail. I'd like to know if I need to report it lost or stolen.Definitely not happy with customer service at Members 1st today! ....

      This is more about the online Member's 1st than a branch, but I am really disappointed in the online services. If you like to do things online and transfer money from external accounts to pay off loans, I had a very difficult time getting an answer to why I cannot do it. All they said was they couldn't "verify" my identity so I would have to wait a year to do anything online. It seems very behind to me technologically, which is disappointing.

      Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a branch less than 1/4 of a mile from my house but I always prefer to come here. Hours are great!

      Nice feature having your bank in a store that you shop. Did my banking and picked up some stuff for home. Staff at the bank was very friendly and helpful.
