  The ATM took money out of our account without giving us the cash. The number on the ATM was broken. We are having to wait now over a week to get our own money back, which is frustrating and ridiculous. I have been banking here for over twenty years though, and everything else I have to say is positive.

  Can never get anyone on the phone. Wait time 20 min+ and trying Chat online wait time over 1 hour! I've tried clearing up our issue twice. Last time was through drive up which is not private. No one was able to speak to me inside. Thought it was corrected but when checking my Sav bal and Loan they apparently did the opposite of what I requested. Can't wait until loan is paid off! Received a call from them and after 3 tries everything has been taken care of. Thanks!

  Very Impressive I had to access an existing account to support my aged parent. The branch and the main office people were very helpful and supportive. The internet services are comprehensive and work very well. One of the most enjoyable banking experiences I've had.

  since I haven't signed on to my online banking since January, the online services are not available to me....tried re-registering and still....NO ONLINE Banking Services........

  Love the service. No fees. I earn interest AND dividends. Open Sundays at the Giant locations. I highly recommend Members 1st!

  Don't use their atms. you wont get your money and they will take it out of your account.
