  This is one of those rare mortgage companies that know how to take care of their customers. It's a small company, with a very personal and friendly feeling, and they will never sell your loan to other banks (as other Mortgage companies do). They make the whole process of refinancing feel easy, simple and fast. I mortgaged my first house in 2003 with them and then refinanced in 2012 and 2019. I highly recommend them.

  After getting a crummy loan offer from my bank I was referred to them. They are excellent. I got a fifteen year fixed mortgage from them at what was an extremely competitive rate and NO CLOSING FEES WHATSOEVER. I have recommended them to friends several times since. They do not do jumbo loans. Dealing with them was very easy and very swift. I would not hesitate to go back to them again if I needed another mortgage loan. They sell their mortgages but service them. Never had a problem of any kind.
