  From beginning to end Melanie was by our side. Making sure everything we needed was there and in order. Absolutely wonderful to deal with and we were totally comfortable asking questions and knowing that she would help us every step of the way. We had a very short closing time frame and because of Melanie's knowledge and hard work, we pulled it off. We definitely would never hesitate to go through Melanie if we ever purchased another home.   As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect. From listening to friends who had bought houses, quite a few of them had stories of miscommunication and having questions left unanswered. Although we never had those concerns because we were fortunate enough to have worked with Melanie from Caliber Loans. From beginning to end Melanie answered every question, kept us updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond her job to ensure that we could buy the house that our family needed. She was upfront with every possible bump in the road we could hit, and when we did, she talked us through how to fix it . Not only did she keep us informed, she also was great about keeping our realtor in the loop, so we were all working to achieve the same goal. It was evident that Melanie wanted this house for us as much as we did. We will always be greatful for everything Melanie did.   There are nothing but nice things to say about the experience I had with Melanie, she was very thorough, very detailed with the informafion, which is very important considering i am a first time home buyer. She is also very kind and understanding. I would have given this a 5-star review but I had to give it a 4-star because of the issues with Robyn, which made me question if i wanted to continue with the process of purchasing the house. Robyn was very unprepared, asking me to supply the same paperwork that i had given her multiple times, which in turn slowed the process of the closing. I am very displeased with the experience i had with Robyn. Melaine on the other hand was fabulous.
