She was able to take care of everything and help us get back on track. Great rates and great customer service. Ask for her if you call or go in.

j demello1Every time i go into the Dartmouth Stop and Shop in Massachusetts. The branch manager named Jackie always has a mean look on her face. She is not customer friendly at all. She was dealing with a guy of Indian decent who had a large cash deposit.I don't think she realized i was still in the branch because as soon as the guy left she called him a towel head as he walked away. That is unbelievably racist that you can call an Indian guy a towel head. That is very disgusting that you can have someone like this running a Citizens bank branch. Very unprofessional!!!
