  I worked with Megan Smith on a refinance after having been through two previous home purchases. It is quite evident that she takes great pride in her work and she definitely makes every effort to be sure you understand the details of the loan, and any options that may be available, before the loan is complete. I thought I had a good understanding of the loan process but I ultimately asked endless questions. She is timely in response and thorough in explanation. I never felt pressured or unsure during the refinance process or was ever confused about what the end-state would be while working with Megan. I always felt confident that if I had a concern, the value of business would be focused on me as the customer. I certainly recommend Megan Smith for anybody buying or refinancing.

  Megan made sure I got the loan I was looking for and did whatever it took to get it done! She's just so kind and fun to work with and let's you know all the details of the loan before entering into it. Very caring personality puts others before herself!
