  I love everyone at Medford Pawn and Jewelry. They are so friendly and professional at their jobs! They are my hot spot and 2nd favorite pawn shop in town 😅The staff are phenomenal at their jobs and have great prices.   Have been going to Medford Pawn for about 2 decades. They are lovely people and have always worked with me. Would not go anywhere else. Their loans are more than fare. THIS is only my experience. Give them a try.

  I've had nothing but great customer service with these guys, I'm down a 100bucks they are quik to help for a small fee. I hate pawning tools or anything, but atleast I know my stuff won't get messed with and they even give you a call before your due to pick up. These guys are great and I appreciate there help when needed. 5stars!!!

  I was apprehensive about going to a pawn store as I had never used one to sell merchandise. The employees at this store are honest, fair minded and straight forward. They paid what I considered to be, very fair prices for my items. I recommend them highly!

  Best Pawn shop in the valley by far! I cannot count how many times they have helped me out when I was out of options! Over the years I have lost quite a few things on loans but that never changed their attitude towards me or willingness to help me out. They have always been so nice and courteous! They will usually work with you too if you need more time with a loan. Overall just a great shop with great people!

  I went in yesterday and today. I have been to every pawn shop in Medford and most of them will low ball you. But this place gives you what your stuff is actually worth. They are super nice and very helpful when asking what is it your selling so you get your money's worth. I will not go anywhere else after today. If i could give them more starts I would. Please check them out. You will be as happy as I was.

  This place is wonderful. I’m in California and purchased a ring via phone that my friend had seen while he was there. Megan and Noel are GREAT. Had a little hiccup with the ring and Noel completely handled the situation perfectly (and quickly I might add). Definitely recommend this place.
