  Got a commercial loan a few years back and was able to get it easily, which made me happy. However, when I sold the building they charged me a prepayment fee which makes me unhappy. There is some other stuff too. This is a review of US Bank as a whole an not this specific branch.

  Oh look, another US Bank that's not open. Just another reason I'm switching to another bank. Everyone else appears to be open and operating like normal except for US Bank. Hello Umpqua Bank.

  I had a very good experience with this branch, and am grateful I transferred all my banking here to United States Bank.

  Horrible horrible horrible staff. A branch manager by the name of Amanda closed my account without my permission. They now won't reopen my account. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.
