Jim Willeford1One will not find better folks. However, the service by phone has been horrendous most of this past year. I have spent 2 hours+ just today to make a simple inquiry. The first call said the wait time was 5 minutes. I waited almost 45 and never received a pick up. I understand many of the difficulties, between covid and the tragic fires. But I am becoming impatient. I miss my friends at the bank and I truly do need to know why I am locked out of even your automated systems.

Taryn N1Drive thru not open....been long enough - update your covid hours on google. I don’t need to go to the bank farthest from me hoping to get a slightly earlier open time from the rest of them, only to find you’re not following your posted google hours (which by the way are what the papers on the door to your establishment still say...). AND I can’t see someone without an appointment??? How are people closing on their mortgages??
