  When you buy a home, the mountain of work that comes with it is nothing to scoff at. Especially so for first time homeowners like my wife and I. Chad Blackstone helped turn those mountains into mole hills every step of the way. One thing that stood out from the beginning and continued throughout our interactions has been his outstanding and professional level of service and respect. Chad has raised the bar for us when it comes to customer care. From odd hour questions and concerns, to financial guidance, and even a personalized bottle of wine for celebration upon closing, he treats you like family. Chad proved to excel in both his knowledge of the house buying process and in his clear, effective, and timely communications. He made sure we were well informed and prepared for every decision that came our way. As first time homeowners coming in with minimal knowledge, this left us confident in every choice we made. It has been over a year since we’ve moved in and Chad has continued to answer every questions we've sent his way.   Chad Blackstone is a true pro and super on top of his game. We closed a deal together, he the loan officer and I the buyers agent. He is an excellent communicator, always keeping all parties of the deal well informed. I loved his Friday afternoon, before the weekend, check ins to assure we were on track. He also closed the deal well ahead of schedule. I very Highly recommend Chad.

  I had a tough mortgage situation as a foreign borrower. Many big banks turned down my application simply because of my immigration status. Alan was super helpful and knowledgeable to secure the right loan for me at a fair price. We just closed today. I highly recommend Alan if you are also a foreign borrower.
