  We had a wonderful experience with Leslie Wish and her team (Richard and Jon) at McLean Mortgage. We had a short timeline to close on our home (especially since it was during the holiday season) and needed an efficient, knowledgeable, and proactive loan officer to help us secure the loan. Leslie and her team were absolutely phenomenal. They requested upfront the documents and information that they knew would be asked for by the underwriter, and communicated with us regularly and promptly to give us updates about the process. They use a user-friendly and secure portal to request documents and information, and to give updates about the steps in the loan approval process. I highly recommend Leslie Wish and her team.

  Highly recommend for first time home buyers. My lender point of contact, Craig B. was very patient and walked me through the home buying process from start to finish, explaining his role but also making sure I understood things like escrow, interest rates, determining my budget, and down payments. I always felt comfortable reaching out with any questions if something wasn't clear and he made time to clarify any concerns I had. Would work with them again.

  I would recommend Rob Rudd and his team to anyone. A dear friend recommended Rob, and he was excellent in outlining options for my first house purchase in the US some years ago. Since then we have worked with Rob and his team on a number of transactions and each time they bring the human touch, and have gone above and beyond, advising on second home purchases, and walking us through the most recent purchase when we did not have an agent.   Rob and his team were great to work with! When we wanted to get prequalified, Rob educated us about our loan options, arms, interest rates, closing costs, and more. Once we put in an offer, he even called the homeowners in case that would help us win the house. Once our offer was accepted, Rob and his team were so prompt with updates and helpful with any of our questions along the way. Our loan was even approved well before closing.

He explained every step of the way in easy-to-understand detail, he answered all our questions, and he was kind and attentive throughout the whole process.
